I don't really ever see that., no matter how small a time frame I see pointed tops, that does no make sense to me, surely all the bandwidth will be used for some period of time.
We really do not trust what we are seeing. I just do not understand why the utilization would go to almost 100% for a point in time and then go down again. I never see flat tops. and I know we are pushing 100% of this T3 for several minutes an hour.
if more bandwidth makes things faster, surley every conversation will attempt to use 100% of the pipe for a millisecond or 10 minutes
