We run NPM10.4 and the problem just began April 10th. The server was patched with windows updates and rebooted. Immediately afterwards, the job engine v2 ceased to operate. The job scheduler servcie failed as well. We have repaired job engine v2 via the MSI repair, but it didn't fix the problem. Clearly tour issue related to the windows updates. Not sure if the update corrupted something or if the reboot caused corruption because something didn't close correctly. I have submitted a ticket for this issue.
